Our set-up is Exchange 5.5 (SP 3) with Outlook 98. I have users using meeting requests in Outlook. The requests are going to people who are invited and also to several who are not, but who are in the same department. First thought was delegates using distribution list of the branch members. ALL delegates have been removed but the problem still reoccurs. How do I stop it? X-)

Meeting Requests to the Wrong People!

Ran into this once and was not able to completely figure it out, but I did run across an MS Q Article that said this can happen in some situations after a delegate is removed. Can't remeber all the details. Check out Q253557. Might be what is going on.
