Meeting requests shows 1 hour earlier

I'm not sure if this is a MS Exchange or Outlook problem, but if we send meeting requests to a specific email domain then it shows 1 hour earlier on their Outlook side. If they send us it shows correctly.
Time zones and computer times are showing correctly on both sides and we don't use Daylight Savings Time.Both email domains (Exchange server) are hosted in the same country.
