We have discovered an issue where an employee sends a meeting request to a user, the e-mail does not appear on the handheld, but obviously does in Outlook. If they accept the meeting in Outlook, it will place the meeting on the Blackberry calendar too. This happens for all users. Does anyone have an idea whay this occurs? Our environment details are as follows:

Workstations
Outlook 2003

Server
BES server 4.0.2.8 (w/75 users) with wireless calendar sync (no desktop redirector)
Windows 2003 Server Standard SP1

Correction

Two users not all users

We figuared it out.

It was an Exchange issue with the users account

Can you be more specific on the fix? We are having the same issue with our Black Berry's not getting meeting requests.
