Meeting invites

Hi, I’m having a strange issue with meetings. When someone sends a meeting invite to Person A, it also gets sent to person B, who wasn’t even on the invite if you check the original email. So, person B always ends up declining the meeting. Person B is getting a lot of these invites intended for the Person A. What can I check to see what’s causing this?

Check A's delegates tab in Outlook (you can't do it from the admin program).

This problem is still reoccuring. I've already checked each clients Delegates. It all looks correct. Any other suggestions?

You may have corrupt rules in the Associated Messages folder (where Exchange stores all the rules, including the special rules that OOF and Delegate settings create).

You could clean them out and see if this fixes the problem.
