Meeting invitation responses going to entire office 1

Hi

This is an unusual one!

We have an office of users who often arrage meetings via Outlook 2000.
Arranging the invites is fine but when the invited recipient responds, the respose is sent to the entire office!

The invited attendees are not nessacerely part of that office.

This is only happening to one remote office, all other users here are fine when they organise meetings.

Needless to say, this is causing a lot of confusion amongst that office and also our IT team!

I can only show the door, your the one that has to open it !
 
Can you check the delegates, under tools/option. There's a checkbox there regarding sending of responses to meeting request.

Get back to me so I can check further.
 
No security settings or distribution lists - either at the server level or user level. I also checked the delegates section and there are no delegates there.

This calendar is in a public folder on the exchange server, if that helps any.
