Meet Me Conferencing Enigma

I had this weird trouble report concerning a meet me conference VDN. The client said they waited 20min on the same conference vdn and my people said they sat for 15 min waiting for them on the same conference vdn.

I want to say are you sure you dialed the right number and I think I'm going to check my CDR but was wondering if anyone ever experienced this problem. I also did a reset on the VDN as well.
