my customer having a problem on meet-me conference only 5 parties can go in, it should be 6 parties. my customer using s8700 CM2.

The maximum number of PSTN trunks that can be connected are 5 without enhanced Meet-Me conferencing. So if all the callers are originating from PSTN trunks your max is 5.
If at least one of the callers is originating from an internal station and the rest are PSTN then 6 is your max.
If at least one of the callers is originating from an internal station and the rest are PSTN then 6 is your max.
