Meet Me Conference Issues

Hi ...

I have a BCM450 Rls.6, and I activated a Meet Me Conference Features on it, when we make a Conference call, for example chairperson and 3 participant, the call can be OK, but when the chairperson or one of the participant close the phone, the conference is disconnected on each.
why this ? and How we can Solve this ?
