We have been experiencing frequent downtimes for the LAN connection of the MEDPRO. Since the activation of the IP Phones last week, we already have encountered 4 random downtimes.
in addition to the suggestions above, to check the speed duplex settings do a "get ethernet" for the medpro location this will tell you what is adminstered vs what you are actually getting
