MEDPRO downtime after IP Phone activation

Hi,

We have been experiencing frequent downtimes for the LAN connection of the MEDPRO. Since the activation of the IP Phones last week, we already have encountered 4 random downtimes.

Any has an idea regarding the problem?

Port Speed / Duplex mis-match perhaps?

Have you tried replacing the LAN cable?

Is the data switch reporting any types of CRC or other errors?
 
in addition to the suggestions above, to check the speed duplex settings do a "get ethernet" for the medpro location this will tell you what is adminstered vs what you are actually getting

ensure both sides are 100/full
 
As others have mentioned, I've seen this issue when the speed and duplex is set to Auto and not 100/full.
