MEDLEY-DAY/NIGHT KEY

Our DAY/NIGHT key stopped working. The manual says it must be on the operators phone(extension 100) However we don't have any phones on this extension and the one it was working on was extension 108.

Can anyone help us?

go do a feature 0 then push the button that was marked nite service it should be f871
