MediaPlayback / FlvPlayBack just sound

Hi there,
I'm trying to add a video into my site and I can only listen the sound. I thought it was very straight forward... just drag and drop the component and then enter the URL of the video... but I'm sure that I'm doing something wrong....

Can anybody help me,please??

I have use the import option in Flash 8... file/import/import video... I did the same with the Macromedia Flash video encoder....

Yes it should be very straightforward. Is your video big? Setting the bufferTime to higher number may help.

No, really.. I have tried with many different videos and different sizes...but still the same.
Probably I´m missing something easy.

just in case....
Do i need to import any library?
Do i need to install any codec for that?

The only thing that I see when I use MediaPlayback is a black screen and when I use FlvPlayBack is just the control panel. In both cases I listen the sound of the video...

Do a barebones test: start with new Flash document, drag an FLVPlayback component on Stage, set the contentPath, then Test Movie. You don't need anything else, should see your video in the test SWF.

The only thing that I see is the control panel with the progress bar moving and I can listen the video sound... but no image....

Is this happening to a particular FLV or all of your FLVs? What is your original video - I heard something about WMV being problem for FLV conversion, if you're using WMV try something else such as QuickTime.
