I am using Arcserve 7 enterprise edition on a Netware 4.11 box with an attached 22 disk LTO changer. My backups say that they have be running successfull for many months now. I went do restore a certain file and could not drill down into the volume to select the file. I bumped up the settings in the bti.cfg file and now all 22 tapes in the changer are unreadable. HELP.
