Media Player Not Going to Full Screen

I am not sure if this is the right area.

I have a Radeon 9200 SE and recently I am unable to go to full screen in Windows Media Player 8 and some of my games will not load.

It used to work but stopped working recently. The game I am trying to load is Grand Theft Auto Vice City.

Is it the Video Card?
Will a new driver fix it?
In looking at ATI web site they mention a Galaxy driver. Is this what I need to download?

Try installing the newest catalyst drivers from ATI's website.
This may likely solve your issues.

Also, try "Windows Updates". After you have search for updates, make sure you have all the drivers selected (they aren't by default).

What growinghaze said, also if you have access to the old video card, try to install that one. If it works at least you can limit your problems. I would also try to install the lastest version of Win Media (I think its up to 9).

Perhaps also upgrading/re-installing DirectX.
