Media player 10 Libary Problems

When I first used Media Player 10 on my Dell Axim X50v it search my 1GB SD card bout all the songs and put them in libary, brilliant, whenever I opened I could quickly get 2 it. Then i put one media file on the on board rom, i told it to search, it found and made a second libary. I now dont have anything on the ROm and have updated libary and it still defaults on the built-in storage (ROM) libary, i want it back to SD Card. i have tries a hard reset and that doesnt help, any idea?
