Media Mismatch

I am getting the following error using netbackup 6.0 when trying to clone a tape from the VTL to the physical tape:

Error Code 2101 Export of clone tape WAD085 from library vt01a failed. IO Error occurred.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this problem?

Do you have any logs enabled on your master server? Perhaps a closer look will specify exactly what the issue is.

Does the VLT report any issues? Do you have a failing disk or something?
