We have a customer on Powered By with Media Manager. They have about 85000 recordings in their setup and they are looking to move away from the system.
What would be the best way to get those recordings off the avaya whilst still having some form of searchableness about them?
I have assumed the connectors are just to allow additional off-IPO space, and still requires the Media Manager to be active to search and playback those calls that are archived on a connector?
Downloading via say WinSCP, whilst easy wouldnt give any indication of when the call was made/received so basically unsearchable.
Why did they get the backups so right with Containerized (the buckets work superbly) and nothing else.
