Media Manager Service Stopped

Hello ...

IPO & Application Server ( VMPro and Media Manager) 11.0.4.7.
All was working perfectly
the customer talked to me today and told me that there is no media manager, then checked the web control and found that the Media Manager Service is stopped, try to start it and not working, rebooted it and tried again not working, removed the power and start again not working, also the service is autostarted so it should start automatically but not. What can do to start this service again?
