Media Manager - Recording Not Working

Hi.

I have IPO and Application Server with Media Manager Rls 11. Working Fine.
Today customer tell me that the recording is not playing.
when I checked found all the calls are listed but not played.
I check it via FileZilla and found that the partition is Empty
Through Web control, I mount a new partition and now the call is processing and playing well.
Now, How we can play the old recording as is still listed but not played,

Probably not possible as the calls are added to the database but not stored on disk.

A wrong update Scripts perhaps. You have to check log files to see what happens (or not).
