I have IPO Rls8.0 with VM and Contact Recorder, Updated it to latest Release 11.1 SP1 after the upgrade it, I face many problems on Media Manager (Blue icon Authinitacated), unobtainable line, wrong time and date, I found here thread that there is a problem in this Rls. I back to Rls 11.0 and now all is ok in IPO and Application Server. Now I have issues with web self-administration.
The Media Manager is Working, incoming, and outgoing on WebManager on all Extn.
I Program and Configure Extension for specific groups, and when open the Web self Administration for the user does not open anything.
on others box: if I type one ext, show me all outgoing calls just, on the MediaManager Web all incoming and outgoing recorded,
if I type as follows: "121,141,161,200" just show me outgoing calls just for the first 2 extensions.
Any idea ???
