I have IPO and Application Server Rls11.
the Media Manager is started working from 7/2019
Now, the customer tells me that the call in 7/2022 is not found.
when I check, yes the calls from 1/7/2022 to 11/8/2022 are not recorded after this date and before all is recording
there is no Alarms, and of course Voicemail not stops, because this is insurance company, and if the voicemail stop, of course I will know and do the necessary of this.
but now., I don't know why this case occurs and the customer need an explain why this happens ?
