Hi, I have an issue with an 8.5 CLS. When I test the media library server it is not able to connect to any of the 4 loggers. They are all on the same subnet and I can ping them. These loggers are no longer being used and are kept for being able to retrieve calls off tapes from 2002-2008. Not familiar with 8.xx versions so not sure if I have a network issue or maybe a service is not running? Have tried rebooting all devices with no success. Customer is currently checking network connectivity. Any advice or direction would be appreciated.
