Media - How do I start over again

Hello

I inherited a Backup Exec v 7.3 installation which was in a real mess with the media sets, we have now upgraded to v 8.5 and i would like to start over from scratch, ie completely destroy/remove all labels and history from the media and Bex and set this up "clean".

My question is:

Can I do this? and if so how?
