Media from the group "MyGroup" can not be used by the pool

Hello,

I have a problem with Arcserve 2000 SP3 / Compaq DLT Library / NT4.

When I planify a job (1 normal followed by 4 incr), the normal runs fine but the incrementals don't start and I get a message telling that the Media from the group "MyGroup" can not be used by the pool (I've got the french version so the message may be a little bit different in the english one). I checked the media pool and everything seems to be OK, blank tapes are available.

Do you have any information about that ? Thanks in advance for your help !
