Media failure shows error type 5 in event log file.

Hi all

Media failure shows error type 5 in event log file of my nicelog system. Any idea what does this means?

Try a NEW DAT/AIT/DVD tape or disk. Have you cleaned your drives as periodically required? I am assuming this is talking about external media above and not some other media? Do you have more details, what you have given is not a lot.

Also check what Supervision says, this may give more useful information.
