Oh this is going to be a good one. I had a Dialogic D/120JCT-LS board dropped on my desk and asked if i can make the IVR work with my system using this board. I am at a loss- can anyone point me in the right direction on where to even start on this? Using 8710's and CM 4. I fear once again i am over my head on this one- just want some basic info before getting real started- thanks! K
