Medatrix on MCD 4 via MBG

I have a Medatrix 4102(V5.0.25) (analog sip) running on MCD 4 via MBG (V5.2.6). I have an additional multi-call programmed on key 2 (a different DN).

*The second DN will ring, but I cannot answer the call. *

Primary DN works fine

The 4102 was programmed using Mitel KB Article 08-5159-00011

Without MBG it works fine (internally)

MBG is set up with “SIP device” enabled (all boxes checked/timers default)
