Hi,

I'm trying to add an access-list in my cisco router to measure the traffic that matches an access-list.
Can somebody help me to perform that?

you probably want to enable SNMP on the router and go for a 3rd party SNMP based monitering product, there are basic freeware ones around and very sophisticated cost based ones

an example of a free one might be Interface Traffic Indicator
pretty good for a freebie

Or Solarwinds?

Just enabling logging on an Access List will fill up a terminal window or syslog product (like Kiwi SysLog) with the hits to an access list each time one occurs (which will be very often), not really the traffic volume.
