Measuring amount of MB d/w in given time..

Hi all,

As my dsl provider will be putting a restriction on the allowable amount of MB to be transferred per month, I was wondering if there is a utility to provide me with such info. Like a MB meter if you like- saying how much MB's have been transferred in total.
