Hello All: We are using 3904 phones with Plantronics CS-50 headsets to answer phone calls and we have a radio system which is totally separate from our phones. We are updating our radio system to digital and they want to use the same CS-50 headset to answer both the 3904 phones and the radios.
Our radio installer says that we need the MEARI (Meridian External Alerter and Recording Interface) tha ACM (Accessory Connection Module) and the power supply and then we can use the CS-50 on both phone and radio.
The trouble is is that these MEARI's have not been made for many years and are hard to find.
Does anyone know where I can get these items, or better yet, have a newer solution to this issue.
