Meap and Uniflow

We have canon uniflow system through windows 2003 server. sometimes we have multiple instances where the copiers cannot see the uniflow system correctly and we have to restart the uniflow service on the server for copier to function correctly. We have recently virtualised all servers but this problem was there before we did this.

Canon haven't a clue, any idea's?
