Meaning of this errpt?

Hi Folks

We had work done in our server room over the weekend so all servers have to be shut down, I shutted down two IBM servers (F50 and 6E1) and started it up today, all seems fine until I ran the errpt command. There seems to be some problems with the 'software program console', I do not understand the nature of this error msg?

It seems to be repeating all the way down for each problem outlined above, can anyone please shed a light here? Is there something I have done wrong or anything I can do to correct it? This is our live box so dont want anything to go wrong.
