Hi there,

I'm 100% sure that this cannot be done.. But, can anyone confirm if it is possible to show/hide a control on a continuous form depending on the results of a checkbox or textbox?

It's a shame that the conditional Formatting function is so limited.

Thanks Guys and Gals

You will have to use conditional formatting to do this. Make the controls colors equal the same as the background color.
Take a look at thread702-1377558 and look at AceMan's solution for alternating background color. Use a similar idea but pass in the value of your check box and disregard the code that determines if the record is odd or even.
