ME User status showing failed 1

I'm finally almost out of this headache but Im wondering what is keeping the Users from connecting. It just shows failed re-connecting. here is what is in the logs:

mitel.mitai.MiTaiException: SXMonitorLine(3*919/3919) failed due to SXERR_PRIVILEDGE_VIOLATION
2008-02-22 12:28:02.013691500 WARN - Design - MiSignalingMiTai.handleMiTaiEvent(): MonitorSet event came in late, stop monitor for com.mitel.misignal.MiSignalingMiTai@17ba38f

anyone have an idea on this one. I just finished with the premium .pdf training from mitel but troubleshooting is pretting scarce in there.

Usually when I see this error it is when I have done some changes to the user.

First make sure the monitor extension matches the one you created on the PBX

On the PBX, check the monitor ext and if there is a MAC address assigned, delete it and restart the ME.

Check you have the 2 X HCI options set in the COS of the monitor extensions. This is normally what that errror means.

Also make sure the dummy ext are 5220's

kwbmitels suggestion pretty much cleared it up. For the most part its operating fine. I ended up removing whole Mitel Apps suite along with ME and reinstalling. This clearded up alot of it. All except for 1 extension is working properly now so I think im going ot see if a reboot of the server fixes that. Does anyone know how to make the CID pass to the cell phone/twinned device. currenly its just showing my office number

There is an options TAB where you can select what number is displayed.

By default it does not pass the external number.
