Hello all

We have customers with mobile extension.
they do a contact synchronization between the email and the GSM.
But in the contacts, the phone numbering start with country code.
With the GSM, there is a possibility to configure a calling card.
If the Mobile Extension dialling is made via this calling card funtionc,
after the call establishement to the R1 number, the GSM send the call
with the country code in DTMF.
But in the MD side this country code could collide with the internal numbering plan.

Does anybodyknows a way to truncate the coutnry code and replace it with a external destination?

Best regards

Use P900/P910. Here you can configure and upload a configfile to the Mobil-Phone, that all numbers, which are longer than i.e. 4digits, will interpreted from GSM-Phone as external number. In this case P900/P910 inserts automatically the dest for the external destination. So you can use your contacts without to edit before.

Hi Lalrl

Thanks for the information. However, the customer don't want to change all GSM and we don't want to offer them P900/P910 to make ME working...
