ME and Cluster Question / How many ME servers needed?

I am trying find out how ME works in a clustered environment. Basically, the question is, if you have 5 site scenario, is there a need to have ME anda server at every site. I there is only 1 primary server, Im wondering how the line monitors come in to play with the remote system. So, 1 ME server or 6 me servers.

You can have 1 server for all 5 3300's, with another as a cold standby. Just add ICP's in the config

The slave server as far as i can tell is to allow for 5000 users.

If you re going to go with one server make sure that all 3300's are n release 7 UR2 and higher, as this will work better in a clustered enviroment.

The ME can have monitors on any system in the cluster. If the 3300 are in different districts you can use special ARS codes (ARS Networking) to force the call out of the local system as well.
