Today around 1115 EST I noticed the MDR box had the BFL light solid. I was told by AT&T a while back that it means the buffer is full. Also, Callparrot stopped recording to the DVD recorder and is caching every call on the hard drive. The event logs in Windows do not indicate any problems. The logs in CallParrot do not show any critical issues. I am unable to connect to the MDR through the MODEM port on the back, or Telnet into it. If I reboot CallParrot it will write 1% to the DVD and then stop.
Does anyone have any ideas I could check next or do? Possible faulty DVD recorder???
