mdk 9.1 smb - mount points prevent smb fs mount at startup

When connecting mount point to a windows share on the network, Mandrake control center adds a line to the etc\fstab file. That line prevents the SMB FS to mount, and the system can't launch. Deleting the line solves the problem - of course without having the desired share...
The mount procedure itself works OK, but after reboot the system cannot launch...
