mde file

I have a database that I am trying to convert to a mde file when I try to do this I get a message box saying error in loading DLL file when I close this box I get another message box saying cannot create mde file.

The error number is 48.

You have either a missing DLL file or a missing link to the file. Try reinstalling Access and see if that fixes the problem.

Look in Tools|References and see if there are any references that have been prefixed with "MISSING". Then track down the missing DLL and re-install/re-register it.
