This is an MDE question, don't know if there is an MDE special forum, MDE very simple integration have 15 digital phone, with 6 or 8 lines keys, and i have 4 analog trunks using CTA1 card, when i call comes in on a analog trunk 1 i want a special line key to ring on all phone (example line 6), which can be picked up by any user on any of the 15 digital phones, and if put on hold can be picked up by any extension, on the other hand for outgoing calls when ever any one presses line key 6 to be able to dial out on trunk group 1, and the same for analog trunk 2 but on a different line key for example 5.

MDE isn't a key system, I believe you should get a BP to do that.

BP was never introduced in North America, it does nut support Mu Law, or T-1, the MDE is as close as we can get to a key system.

Well, in that case, this is the furthest I managed to get on MDE:

You can have incoming calls from a specific trunk ring on a specific function key by assigning each of the Ze ports to one trunk group and using traffic files on the digital phone line keys.

You can also configure the line key to dial the same trunk group prefix, so you have incoming and outgoing on the same key.

What you DON'T get with this configuration is that you can not hold and pick up the line on another instrument; transfer has to be done manually. Also, when one user is using a trunk, there is no indication on other telephones that this trunk is busy.

This is just how close I could get to key system functions on MDE. I would also be pleased to know if anyone else has a better solution.
