Dear All,
Can anyone Pls advice for the probable cause of not being able to connect to MD110 using MDDT ...
I did try connecting directly using a switch with the PC & MD110...No success...
Connection settings were working fine for almost three months for four Local & remote sites..IT guys messed up somewhere & can't explain what could be the cause...
I can use the same connection & user settings for Telnet without any problem...
On MDDT window, it shows me connection closed & when i tries to connect it gives error message " connection with the server was reset "
On help file it says that check the server & make sure it is up & running... How can i check this ??
No problems with my HDU's for sure as i can see activity LED's while dumping etc...
We have BC12 SP 6-8 on various sites...
Any ideas ???
