MDC Centrex Phone Converter

Hello all,

We are converting our office (previously on Meridian Digital Centrex) to VoIP. We would like to continue using the MDC phones (digital.... i believe Aastra) with SIP ATAs. Here's the question: I know of products that allow for analog devices to connect to a MDC phone, but what about the opposite? I specifically mean connecting an MDC phone to a regular POTS line (to the SIP ATA)?

SIP ATA -> MDC Phone
