.mdb into .exe

Will I be able to make .mdb into .exe file so user can only see a form?

You convert it to MDE which means the user can't use the design option. You should find the conversion option under Tools, Database Utilities, Make MDE File.
The user will still need Microsoft Access to open the mde file

I never tried it but I know there is a runtime version of MsAccess available. Quite well hidden on Microsoft sites, but it does exist. (or did at some time!)
