Does anyone have a MDB file converter ?

We need to convert MDBs to different formats (DBF, DB, CSV) without having the need to open Excel or Access. We are looking for a free program that might do the trick instead of reinventing the wheel ourselves ...

I know how to convert a MDB with access and Excel but thats not what we need ...

usually the engine that uses the particular extension you describe has the means of extracting data from ACCESS. As far as the "csv.' You can write your own to do that.
