Mdaemon backup

Hello, I tried to backup the users directory from the mdaemon server 10.0. This server is in the DMZ zone. The Veritas Backup-Exec 12.5 server is in th LAN zone. I set my firewall to let pass the port BE need. The jobs starts and end successfully. Unfortunatly, when I try to restore, there is no data at all. Also, when I browse to see the servers, those in the DMZ do not appear with the little logo telling that the remote agent is installed, as it is. Did you already face the problem and how to fix it ?
