MDAC Problems

I'm trying to install SQL 7 Client on a Win95 PC. Then MDAC install fails on this PC. I've updated the DCOM95 and MDAC from microsofts site. But I have not been able to get the client install. It keep giving me an MDAC needs to be installed error and will never complete. Any suggestions?
