We're wanting to upgrade several of our older PCs to the latest MDAC version, so I found/downloaded Microsoft's Component Checker.
Unfortunately, ComCheck doesn't, (as advertised in its documentation), remove the existing MDAC version. Shucks, the menu option they reference in the documentation, ("Reconfigure..."
, isn't even there!!
So: can anyone tell me how I'd go about removing the existing MDAC version so I can install the latest - or whether I even need to go through the fun of removing it?
