I was asked what the average power consumption for a Stackable cabinet with 3 shelfs - fully equipped with boards - one third (33%) ELU 29 and two third (66%) ELU28 with Dialog 3213 phones.

Doktor,

This is from my memory, but should be approx. right:

Each ELU29 in the LIM "eats" about 10W, when normal speech/idle (10 boards)
Each ELU28 in the LIM "eats" about 3W, when normal speech/idle (20 boards)
TMU, TLU , LSU etc. e"eat" tigether about 20-30W (3 sets)
Each DBC 213 in the LIM "eats" about 1W, when normal speech/idle (320 phones)

This is the power dissipation, so you need to calculate the rest yourself, but putting everything together here is about 500W.

I suppose this info can be found in Alex, Dynatext, DocView or whatever.....

Sorry , I forgot to mention that the basic magazines have also some small power usage. Count with 500W for the LIM with 3 magazines (AC/DC, battery charging etc.), so you are actually at the top, if there is one AC/DC unit, which delivers about 1kW. If I am wrong, sorry - my memory starts moving to the future from MD110.....

Thank you, fcpli. I told our customer that the power consumption was aprox. 500 watt per LIM with the mentioned hardware configuration, and thet were happy with that Info.
