md110 ows switches to off duty automatically

Hi,

Our company is using a vox consono md110.
We have 2 computers that run windows xp and ows exclusively no other applications installed!
One of these is switching off duty automatically a random number of times during the day.
Is there a way to prevent this?
We are not getting any specific error messages, the operator just notices the problem.

If a call rings "too" long at the operator (ows), it will close the operator console, if not answered.

Activate logging in OWS config and after the next report, check the log - as Doktor says most likely cause is the operator has not answered and been placed off-duty. Otherwise you have a network issue you need to check,
