MD110 integration with Nortel PBX

We have MD110 BC11. We are trying to integrate with Nortel Meridian using ISDN PRI ( TLU76/1 ).

I am able to recieve calls from the Nortel PBX but from Md110 to Nortel cannot do outgoing calls.
Does anyone know what the problem can be?
