MD110 - ESU Backup

One of our MD110s has an ESU and dongle/USB for voicemail.

All works well (after initial issue with flat CMOS battery)

Is it possible to back up the HDD and USB/Dongle so that if either fail a reload or replacement drive can be fitted?
